97 s10 turn signals stay on

I have 97 s-10 4x4 6 cyl vortec and the signal lights have been working on & off lately and yesterday they just quit and stay on. The bulbs are good and the emergency flashers work. I am thinking there is a plug-in flasher somewhere, but I have no idea where and the owners manual is of no help. Anyone have any experience with this. Please help cause my inspection is due.

you have bad turn signal flasher,to replace it turn your emergency flasher on and follow the sound to find the location of t.s.flasher
