Power loss? Something wrong?

When I first got my car, I was able to bark the tires when I shifted to second gear... It was very easy, just shift and punch it... But lately, I couldn't do it to save my life.. Not that I NEED to bark to tires in second, but it's the fact that I can't do it that is worrying me...

It also feels like sometimes the car is bogged down in first, it just feels like it's lost it's spunk, if you know what I mean... If you need more explination, feel free to ask... Any ideas what could cause this loss in power?

Any help is appreciated as always...

Perhaps it's all them powerstands I used to do... And if it was, what could I have worn out?

Check your your spark plugs and your fuel filter. Maybe even do a full tune up.

Yup, plugs can make the world of difference. Also had the temp gotten warmer there recently? Warmer more humid air will also make your car feel like a dog.
