Help!! with subs

Ok when i turn my car on with the cd player at zero volume as soon as i turn the volume up one notch the subs start going crazy even when i turn the volume off what could it be Thanks..

you definitely got some problems ..... many CD players mute the volume at 0. Try replacing one thing at a time until it stops doing whatever it's doing wrong.

yep - make sure you don't have any wires hooked up strange - first place i'd personally try is to make sure you didn't have your amp turnon wire (usually blue) mistakenly hooked into the sub directly (just a guess from what you said was happening)...
