97 Jetta Fuse

half my fuse box on my 97 jetta 2.0 is not receiveing any power at all. any one know what might be causing this problem. my windshield wiper, blower motors is also not working. at first i thought it my be my ignition switch so i went ahead and replaced the it but it didn't solve any of these problem.

Did you check the wires at the battery, specifically at the + post and folow them past the battery?

i traced teh wire going into the fuse box and there is power going through all of them. i talked to a mechanic at my local vw dealership and they said its probably the ignition switch i even replace the ignition switch and still half of my fuse box is not receiving.

i am not sure if i am missing any relays. i bought the car from a impound auction, some of the fuses and main relay block were pulled out

if anyone could email me teh pic of how teh fuses and all the relays should be taht would be very helpful
