#1 Plug
My timing belt broke and I am in the process of putting on a new one, and I need ot know how to line it up...

there are timing marks on the cam pulley where the timing belt goes and on the flywheel. line up the mark on the pulley with the little arrow on the valve cover.
there is a rubber/plastic plug on the bell housing that you need to remove to see the timing mark on the flywheel. line up the mark on the flywheel with dash on the block. if you broke your belt, there is a good chance you bent valves. you have to be very careful when you go to line up to TDC, as to no bend valves, if you havent already, by turning over the motor. also, only rotate clockwise from the pass. side prospective.
