That dont sound correct because its not. It cant smoked a STi in the 1/4. The cobra wont "smoke" the STi... The STi is capable of 12.9s and so is the Corba. All though I do agree that most of the time the Cobra will win, I wont qualify it as being smoked, since there 1/4 time are very close. Also the Cobra has more power and torque. But on roll ons and highway runs yeah, the Cobra has its advantage. Basically because the STi is 4WD.
Summary, no an 04 Cobra wont smoke the STi. In reality the Cobra is faster but not by much. It is a drivers race. Im sick of people thinking the STi is so slow. For the fact that I have seen and heard them actually running high 12s... stock and only 300hp and 300 ft lb of torque thats quite good.
