Shops???

I'm really looking for a good shop here in MN. Some place I can actually see whats going on and trust their work. I know what I'm doign on cars it just that I dont' have the right tools to do all the jobs. So its hard for me to trust other people with my hard earned money/car. Anyone here know of any???

It took me a while but I managed to slowly buy all of the tools I needed to do my own mods. It helped theat my X wife forked for Harbor frieght tools. Figure you spend 300.00 on labor ti have your car lowered. That can buy a welder, torch,or a bunch of misc. tools. I also Like doing my own work. I dont trust anyone with my ride. It saves money. I like to see my own work. And I seem to get more attention from others when I tell them I do all of my own work. Save your money and do it yourself. Doing your own work givesyou great bragging rights

Oh I hear you man. I'm just looking for a place that can do jobs like tranny work and stuff were you need a lift. Now since schools out my main lift is gone. Soon enough my garage will be finished, its just takin longer then expected. Don't have Structural build it, almost a year and still not close to laying cement. Let alone my lift

Since I am in Iowa I am no help to you. I do think it is cool that you like to do your own mods though. Hope you find what you are looking for

Re: Shops???

If you want to take a drive, which will be worth it. I have a guy that lives right around you, takes 4 hours to get here and he always stays to work on the car with me.
