Hrmmmm interesting clip. Do you think by the time the Integra was passing him that the Viper was already letting up considering the amount of time the Viper was ahead?

At any rate... fast cars. Very cool.

What was the mph? I couldn't read the numbers. Found some different figures for Type R's... some said 135 was the top speed, others 145 etc. I'm guessing he was going faster than that?

I believe the top speed on the tegs speedo reads 150. So the type r on the clip was prob. going 150+

Ahhh okay. I've been close to 160 in my car... which... aerodynamically is pretty much the wall, and it was scary. Wouldn't do it on a regular basis. Freeway racers are insane.

Did you do 160 on the track? If you do 160 on the freeway you are just asking for death.

No... the fastest I can get up to on the front straight at willows is about 135. I was doing 160 on the way home from the race track on a long stretch of road out in the boonies. It was really stupid regardless.

I agree, it looked like the viper stopped accelerating after he shot ahead 3-4 car lengths. To bad the viper driver never confirmed he was racing.
That would be a sweet kill...
