Neo Changer
Anybody have a information on Neo changer. I just received mine today and can't get the factory radio to recognize it. I am going to call tech support tomorrow and see what they say. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Re: Neo Changer
Welcome to the word of the your Tahoe radio head unit will work with the Neo Changer as the manufacture states. It does not properly work with the vehicle as they state. It works, but the CD's will not automatically change, even though the manufacture states it's a automatic changer. You can call Tech support and talk to Jimmey, he speakes the best english, if you get my drift. He will tell you that the automatic changing was a problem with the unit and they are working on it. I been hearing this since December 2003. I gave up. First to help you, and I don't know if this will help you in your head unit recongizing the radio. But, it seem to me I had to push the reset button after installing. This is next to the eject button on top where you placed the CD holder cartridge. The #5 button on your radio will change the CD to the next Cd.The #3 button or seek button will change the CD to the next track. You can play a additional CD in the unit slot besides the Neo changer, but you have to remove in order to change the CD's manually.
GOOD LUCK, Let me know. |

Neo Changer
Well worked for about 3 hours with their tech support
. My head unit doesn't even recognize the changer at all. Finally gave up and contacted the distributor that I purchased it from and opted for a refund. Went down to Circuit City and purchased a Sony in dash unit that plays MP3s. Sounds good to me and I didn't have to install it.
