1987 Carburated RX-7 Turbo Question
Basically Im planning on purchasing a 1897 RX-7 Which has been converted to carbutation with a weber carb. The engine has been recently rebuilt with nex apex seals. Anyways I was wondering if it were still a possibility to turbocharge the car... I know the car runs on premix and the original fuel injection wiring harness is still in the car. Basically I just need any information on turbochraging

Re: 1987 Carburated RX-7 Turbo Question
yes this can be done..
one of the guys at CPracing has a similar set-up on his personal car.. so i would recommend that you either get in contact with them www.cpracing.ca or Robert at rotaryshack www.rotaryshack.com Robert is a kick ass guy very knowledgable.. and has or can making anything weird you want... but don't want to make yourself.. I have an order in from him now. |
