Seems you have a short in the light switch assembly. Any auto electrician should be able to help you out. Probably a new switch for about $40 plus labour?

Is this on a Z car?? I have an 85 turbo 300ZX that has the left headlight that won't go off. My cheep "fix" was to switch on the high beams when the car is not in use. It keeps the headlight from popping on and draining the battery. Try that until you can get it fixed.
