1991 190e
Hi, I have a technical question which I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with. I have a 1991 Mercedes-Benz 190E Engine Family MMB 2.3FVFA18. I have trouble starting it, I always have to press the accelerator in order for it to start and after it warms up the RPM good to about 25K. This happens all the time lately. If anyone knows what could be a possible source, please let me know. Thank you in advance.

if you have to push the gas when you start it, you may need a new fuel filter, pump, or distrubutor. However, im not quite sure what you mean about the 25k rpm- can you be more specific?
