Shifting hard in tow haul
I have a 2003 4.8 singlecab. Seems to shift hard when tow haul is on. Wasn't sure if this is normal. I know it changes the gearing but I dont think it should shift as hard as it does. Anyone else have similar problems.

Yea its normal. If you're towing/hauling a large load I don't think it's as noticeable.

yep the tow haul button tell the pcm to to make your shift frimness firmer so the clutches in the trans dont slip
