Window tint in California
Curious, I need my windows tinted pretty badly, and wondering what the current law is in California. If it's legal to have tint on your front two windows and if it is how much do you guys think it would be for all 5. If illegal, how much for back 3? Also, what is the BEST short shifter for a 98 prelude SH....i Didn't know if they actually made a whole unit or just the adapter stopper thing whihc shortens throw. Tahnks for help

just look at it this way, look at a dealership next time you pass one, like a JEEP dealership, do you see a bunch of stock grand cherokees with window tint on all windows, if so then it has to be legal ... also i know that in New York it costs about 100-125 to tint a 2 door car for all the windows

its illiegal to tint the drive or passnger side window any % in cali. as for price when i had my 4th gen lude I tinted it all around limo for 125, i dont really care about the law i just roll down my windows when cops are near.
