Where to mount component set in 92,LX

Where the hell am I suppose to mount my component set in my 92 civic LX? The speaker hole in the door needs to be built out for the 6.5 midrange anyway, but where it's positioned, it's hard to get any midrange sound up where you can hear it. Also, where should i place the tweeter? If i put it near the midrange down near the bottom of the door, you can barley hear it over the rear soundstage. I need a way to get front midbass and tweeter up closer to yout ears. Any suggestions?

put the tweeters on the pillars or drill them into the door panel. and you really have to fade the speakers to the front about 1/3 of the way. at least thats the way i have mine set up and it gives it the perfect amount of rear/front balance imo
