Changing trans fluid

I want to change the trans fluid in my 03 Oddessey which has 38,000 miles in it. The fluid is getting dirty.

I can probably just drain the trans plug and drain out some fluid. But I wanted to do a flush and pump the fluid out from the trans cooler. I need help identifying the inlet tube that I can disconnect and pump it out through there. And add fluid, and pump some more.... and so on.

Any help out there. And does anyone know the type of fluid to use. Mercon? Mercron V?

Thanks.

Go to www.odyclub.com and do a search for transmission fluid...you will find all you want there.
