20s on a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe?

Is it possible to put 20s on a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe without doing anything extra to the car? If so, what specifications (offset, tire size, etc.) would I need? Thanks for any advice!

tires - 245/30-20
offset - +45(50)mm, and i'm not 100% sure if it will work.

Remember your car will be slow, and your shocks will be prone to premature failure.
