A Strange thing happened to me today...
2 days ago i ordered my illumina struts from custom maxima.com. today Brian from CM calls me and says that they are fitting a prototype bumper to 5.5 gens and he would like to use my car to fit the bumper. he sad if i could bring it to him today that he would give it to me for free all i would have to pay for is paint and then he said i could buy the whole kit and a drastically reduced rate. i was very excited and began making arrangements to do this until i searched the org and saw the kit. i can't say i hate it, but it's really not the look i want for my car, and i hate the "custom enterprises" stamped into the bumper. why couldn't it have been for the max tuning lip or stillen front lip?
I'm going to call him tomorrow and see if the offer still stands and possibly have the "custom enterprise" part filled in or sanded down and then have it painted on my own.
