It depends on what generation of 4A-GE engine you have. The 4th and 5th generation 4A-GE engines have quad throttle bodies from the factory. However the increase in power for this upgrade would be virtually nil. For example the difference between the third generation 4A-GE engine (16V without quad throttle bodies) and the 4th generation 4A-GE engine (20V with quad throttle bodies) is only 15kw and that increase probably has more to do with the extra 4 valves, the increased compression ratio, and the tubular steel extractors than the addition of quad throttle bodies. Also I don't think that you can install quad throttle bodies on a 4A-GE engine that has T-VIS (1st and 2nd generation engines) as the ECU might no like it
lol. Extensive further info on the 4A-GE engine can be found @ http://www.users.bigpond.com/vidore/...age_engine.htm Hope this helps you but I wouldn't bother with adding quad throttle bodies unless you really want to gain those extra FEW kilowatts.
