Well guys just got the email from Motor Trend. Its about that time once again. This time i am planning on entering, dont know if i am goign to do very well against these 17 and younger teens since they all previously showed awesome designs.

Well, I am trying to design something cool, but it won't win.
I tried this last year and couldn't come up w/ anything neat.

Yeh, this year, I think, design seems to be the biggest key to a strong entry. If you can render brilliantly and come out with a bland design, not much will happen. But if you have a moderate renderign capabilities and you show a top-notch, original creative design, there's more chance there.

Just be free! Let the pencil move quicker, get some cool sketches going and don't be afraid to draw absolutely anything.

I will PAY you if you design a Victoria's Secret car. :P

Well, I entered >17 and I am thinking about maybe doing a nike sports car. If I understand the theme correctly, it is come up with a car that is made by a brand that does not make cars? Someone care to explain if I am wrong?

You are absolutely correct.

If I were you, wouldn't do the Nike car... They are really looking for creativity, and the Nike idea was an example in the blurb describing the competition. I guess if you do a really good job, it could be done. I'm not trying to discourage.
