'97 LHS starts, runs for 2 seconds, then dies
I've got a '97 LHS that I've been working on off and on for about a year. I hadn't started it in a couple of weeks when the headlights started flashing and the horn started beeping. I didn't get the remote fob when I got the car. I unhooked the battery and let it sit for a day or two. Then hooked the battery back up and it's still flashing and beeping. Also, the car starts and runs for about 2 seconds, then dies. I've swapped out the computer that sits behind the battery on the left fender and it still does the same thing. I've located the relay that is tripping as the lights flash/horn honks and unplugged it. That causes the flashing and honking to stop but the car still runs for only about 2 seconds, then dies. The only thing I can figure is the remote sensor has sensed that the panic button has been pushed (even though it hasn't). Anybody have any ideas because I'm scratching my head on this one.

Problem solved. I had replaced the driver's door a while back. I think I didn't get a wire hooked up right. The car has an anti-theft feature where if you unlock the doors without using the key or fob the car goes into alarm and wont run. I locked all doors, then unlocked the RF door with the key and the alarm stopped. Now the car runs and purrs like a kitten.
