Seatbelt for 1990

I am having a heck of a time finding a replacement seatbelt (new) for the driver's side passenger seat. The original one locks in one position. I have two kids in carseats and really need this seatbelt. I would prefer not to have to use the 3rd seat all the time. Any ideas on locating one. They are no longer manufactured. I have the part number and have searched with no luck. Thanks.

Check E-bay, or look in any local "autotrader" books for someone parting out a suburban in your area. I alway see people parting out these trucks.
