91 Accord help...

Can anyone tell me where the fast idle thermo valve is located on a 91 Accord ex? Thanks.

On the front part of the throttle body closer to the drivers side. It has two screws holding a plate on the top of it. Circular shaped, not the one on the far right. I am not sure what the other one is, but it looks similiar
