Re: best BOV for 1.8T?

Esc tuning makes sells a BOV kit that requires no cutting or welding for installation and won't cause ur check engine light to come on. http://www.ecstuning.com

Ive also heard hks makes a good BOV but dont know to much about it. You might wanna check some of the old threads on the BOV practicality subject

~BOV's are so annoying~

ForgeMotorsports also make a BOV, but would recommend getting cai+forge 007 = BOV sound and no check engine light, keep in mind 1.8t engine is made to work with DV not bov's.

the last two posts are correct...do NOT buy something that vents into the atmosphere, although it might sound "cool" and make you think yer car is faster, it DOESNT...it will confuse the ecu and maf. Dahlback makes the best DV as far as I'm concerned. Forge is another good company.

Re: best BOV for 1.8T?

sup Draco!!

don't be stupid and get a BOV for your 1.8T

get a forge 007 DV or a hyperboost DV

and also

a BOV sounds like a freakin' bird
"GEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeee"

a DV sounds much better, like a dragon's breath
"WHOOOOSSSSSssssshhhhhhh"
