Recently our Odyssey had its parking lights "stuck on" dispite the switch being in the "off" position. We took it into the dealership, and they told us that the problem is from coins that had fallen down through the console from the coin/cup holder. Can any one tell me if this has happened to them?
Why should this not be considered a design flaw? They (honda) invite you to place coins in a place that is not designed to prevent coins from falling through or the problems that could result if this happens. Thanks. Signed, Considering Class Action Suit |

so if you have a cup of coffe in the cup holder and it spill's will you cry lawsuit to? I mean why do they invite you to put a cup full of liquid in the car if its gonna spill and stain the carpet!

A more appropriate analogy would be crying foul if the ash tray caught fire when you to put a cigarette out.
