|
took out a couple of cars with the GSR last night
I was driving to my friends work the other night and at this light , a red pontiac fierro starts throwing some revs at me , but he was in the turn lane , so i looked at the guy in the car next to me and shook my head like " they dont want none " ... so they took off and the guy next to me thought i was talking shit to him i guess , he is in a big ass new caddy , and he says to me " you know this has 330 hp right ?? " i was like " i got 180" , he starts laughing and said " you wanna see that shit ?" so i said yes and he gets on it and i was like damn thats pretty weak !! so we get next to each other and from about 40 we go and i rip him right away thru 2nd and most of 3rd till we shut em down , he was totally surprised and said " yea you got a lil sumthin ... then my friend just got a SR20DE swap in his 200sx , says he took a cl , and an RSX type S thru 4th , but i doubt that ... so we took it to the highway , and from a 2nd gear drop i start putting lots of distance between us all the way up to about 125-130 , i had him by like 4 cars maybe more ... then we went again , i started pulling away from the start , but midway thru 3rd i hear this loud ass f*cked up rev , he missed a gear and messed something up in his new motor , he had to get towed home
 cliff notes : took out a 330hp caddy and a sr20de ( not the DET turbo one) swaped 200 on the highway Last edited by Crippy; 06-02-2004 at 02:00 PM.

Damn! Misshift, never happened to me...Im glad. What caddie has 330 hp?

yea, i dont know shit about caddy's myself ... i dont know if his claims were true or not , i would guess that somebody told him he had 330hp when he bought it
 but mabye its true

shoulda told him to drop some cash on it.. it's not like he couldn't afford it if he owns a caddy...

actually the seville and deville come in 300 hp w/ i think 295 and 275 torque caddis are pretty fast i wouldnt want one personally tho too damn big

i had a 200 with the stock US SR20DE it was a fun car but not as quick as a GS-r. i got my ass handed to me the first night i ran my boys GS-r but once i did the ECU , cams, intake , headers, clutch, flywheel was a little more than his i/h/e. did he have a 1.6 before he swaped the sr20? mis-shifting that motor results in rocker arms flying out and greaking. tell him to inspect the head properly for metal peices and shit, he might as well get new S4 jwt cams the the run agian will be more interesting.
