Question h22a auto. Swap?

Hello..to all..
i have a 98 lx accord and just bought a h22a auto for it.
my questions are like this:

and sense it is a automatic.and say im on the highway
and i drop the gear to 3rd at like 60mph, is this a bad thing for my engine?

and also what about nutral droppin from a dead stop, is this bad for the engine?

Re: h22a auto. Swap?

im not the smartest about mechanical work, so im asking this... when you get an engine swap do you replace the transmission as well, do you have the sportshift in your accord now or the stock transmission?
