92 Civic Code 43 !!!!!!!!!!

I have this civic that keeps setting this code, i can't figure it out at alllllll. Any help?

here is the diagnostic section from Mitchell onDemand. on code 43. it's a fuel system code.

Is the engine code 43 accompained by Check Engine light and Poor driveablity? Yes? Proceed to basic fuel system diagnostic. No? Reset CEL light and Warm engine up to normal operating temp (until cooling fans come on). Hold engine at 3,000 rpms for 2 mintues (put car in either N or Park) Does the CEL code 43 reappear? No? Intermittent Failure, system is ok at this time. Check for poor connections on O2 sensor, ECU and connector located at right Shock Tower. Yes? (i'll spare you the long story at this point.. it's a voltage issue... take to a mechanic that can test voltage between pins D14+ and A26- as soon as ignition switch is turned on.)

im going to say = the CHILTON manual says 43 is a fuel system supply code...
