kinda strange question...

i decided to put a set of stock 2000 EX rims on my 92 hatchback (cx) on account of its winter here, and they have brand new tires on them...my stock wheels are so bald, the fronts are slicks (literally)
my question is...
in going from 13" rims w/ 70 height tires, to 15" rims, with 65 height tires, approx how much is my speedometer off by? how can i tell? anyone have a general idea?
i was thinking about 5mph.. (im going 30 on the speedo, which is acutally 35)

anyone know?

And then both of you guys w/ you sewing maching powered cars get passed by a moped w/ a 5hp Engine and he goes on to put 5 car lengths on you. Racing an EX vs a DX is like a 10 speed bike vs a golden retriever.

how would you go about fixing something like that, or would you have to just assume how fast your going?

correctly sized wheels or you can engineer a new vehicle speed sensor although i think the wheels would be about 500,000 cheaper
