Spark Plug Gap

Does Anyone Know The Correct Gap For The Plugs On A 98 Four Cylinder Camry? Ive Heard Its On A Plate Under The Hood, But Ive Searched For It, Might Be In The Manual But My Girlfriend Lost It

I'd be carefull about adjusting the gap on those platinum plugs.
If you're using the correct factory plugs (ND PK20R11?) they're preset at the factory and should be good.
Have heard you can scratch or damage the platinum coating on the electrodes rather easily.

I changed out the plugs on my 98 4 cylinder this past Fall. I too was concerned about the gap so I called Denso direct. I talked to an engineer there and he told me not to worry about it; just install them as is. It's been about 7000 miles since installation and the car runs perfect.

NGK & Denso (factory) plugs come pre-gapped from the factory.

Bosch plugs (including the platinum and iridium) need to be checked before you install. I've found that even when it claims to be pre-gapped, they are not.
