RX-7, Begginer ?s
I have owned a 1st gen rx-7 but i didnt have it for long. So i dont know too much about 7s so here is a few ?s
1. what engine came stock in the second gen. Rx-7s and how much hp 2. how long does a normal engine last. 3. i know mine got like almost 20 to a gallon, but what kind of gas milage do your rx7s get. 4. Is it really that much harder to find parts and fix rx-7s Thanks for the answers, when they come.

Re: RX-7, Begginer ?s
13B is the nonturbo and 13BT is the turbo
2nd gen was from 86-91 my car gets anywhere between 18-22 mpg, but I drive in town a lot and I'm always heavy on the gas *grin* so it gets closer to 18 haha non-turbo can last well over 200,000miles with normal maintenance, turbo usually gets to 100 with good maintenance parts aren't that hard to find, prices aren't aymore expensive really either, but its hard to find rotary shops sometimes so thats the worst thing, but any shop can work on other stuff, just don't let anyone besides a rotary mechanic do engine work

Re: RX-7, Begginer ?s
I've heard turbo II's lasting between 100K to 186K. It's all about the routine maintenance there.
