88 trooper wiring problems

I was installing a headunit and crossed the factory dimmer(?) wire with the headunit ground. Factory wire is red with green. This blew my number 1 fuse....taillights. I replaced the fuse, but the taillights are still not working. There is no power going to the rear lights and my rear wiper does not work either. All fuses in the fuse box are ok and I checked each fusable link with a mulitmeter. The dimmer(?) wire still has power when lights are on, and headlights work fine. I was looking over the wiring diagram today and saw a few "fuse blocks" listed without a location. I did not find a specific taillight relay or any fuses in the dash. Anyone have any ideas? I figure there must be a fuse or relay that I can't find....
