universal wheels?

are there any wheels that fit both 4 lug configurations and 5 lug configurations

Yes, there are a few. Of course you also need to find the right width, offset and hubcentric size.

Alot of aftermarket rims have universal lug nut holes. They can fit a 4 lug or a 5 lug.
