Greetings: need 1987 general carb. information
Have had 1987 corolla for three years. Starts poorly in cold weather. Last garage I took it to told me that in thier experince the carb on this year was a poor design and impossible to improve much. My question is, is this true and is there a solution. Thanks for any advice.
