If anyone wants a Z, i'm selling mine. I'm in Jersey and the Z is running great now. I had alot of things replaced in the engine so the car runs wonderfully.
Look at some pics at: www.angelfire.com/tv2/pinoy7984 there will be more information there... the car is being sold for $8,000 but I'm willing to accept an offer for the right price. |

Re: Does anyone want to buy a 90' 300ZX N/A in NJ?
Awesome looking Zed... One of the cleaner 90's I've seen online personally.
Hint: Lose the tailight covers, "SINISTER SIX" banner, and seat cover's, and hell, I'd buy that thing for 8grand! Nice car though, it will find a good owner. -Wes

Re: Does anyone want to buy a 90' 300ZX N/A in NJ?
Hahaha...sorry to hear dude. Actually...last summer, I was selling my Z... I had a buyer from North Bergen, he almost bought the car but when he came to pick it up and take it for a last test drive, he heard knocking in the engine and he brought his father with him and his dad felt that the engine isn't original...it's ashame he didn't even took the time to look at the model number of the engine under the hood cuz if he did, he would have known it's the same original engine. I even had the car up on Autoshopper last summer. Other people took a look at the car and they saw white stuff on the black thing on the t-top and they didn't want to buy the car because the car isn't in perfect condition, which of course u know all cars that are 14 years old show no wear....(yea rite!!)
But anyways, after all that, I got pissed off and I went and bought all new parts from courtesyparts.com and got all the OEM parts for the Z32 and I had a mechanic put it in. I found out the knocking was an air bubble that got into a hydraulic valve lifter, and I just wanted to change that ONE, but we didn't know exactly where, so I spent all the money to change all 24 valves. Then I had all the belts replaced, the water pump, the theromostat, everything that I should possibly change in the engine. Ever since, I've had no problem with that car and I've hardly driven the car since! About a month ago the car wasn't giving the power to my amp anymore and I thought it was the battery, so I had it changed. Then on that same day, the battery died, so I had it replaced and I found out it was the alternator, so I went and got a new one. Damn sports car! I saw alternators for like 80-90 bux and I wanted one... i just brought it to R&S and told them to change it thinking that's how much I would spend... turned out that I owed them $345 and labor only cost me $110. Damn damn damn! Then, since i was spending so much on the car already, i was like...wut the hell, let me dress it up a bit so I put the 99' Z wing on and it looks pretty nice and the covers on the taillight makes it stand out. I dunno, I like the car the way it is. (Sorry Samhain, but I do want to take the Sinister Six off the top, but i dun have a replacement banner so i'll put that off for a while) All i know is that the Z is running fine since I've replaced everything there. I'm trying to find the car a new home, but I dunno who wants the car around my area, they all say it's too expensive for insurance and stuff...but i think they just can't afford it. All i know is that i got to get a new car before my next semester begins in the fall. So either i hope i have the car sold by then, if not, then i'm just trading it in even if i get garbage for the tradein value. I know the red interior isn't too attractive, neither did I, but I got use to it. Hahaha. Then I checked up on Z's and i found out that not many Z's were produced that had super white exteriors with red interiors. So i found myself to be lucky owning a Z that not too many other people have out there. I live in Carteret, that's exit 12 on the Turnpike. I don't know how far north you are, but I'm in Central Jersey. I'm only a 1/2 hr away from the Lincoln Tunnel and 15 minz from the Holland. :-D |

Re: Does anyone want to buy a 90' 300ZX N/A in NJ?
Yeah I know! I've noticed a lot of Z's for sale lately, but most of them that I looked at were over 100K and they were STILL being sold for $7-9 grand! And I'm like... whoa!? Is that how much this car is still worth!? At 77K, I would say mine is pretty low esp for a 90' cuz I've seen 96's w/ 88K milse on them.
Well, that sounds good to me. I already have you up on my BL so I'll contact you soon. AOL/AIM: EHUnlucky7x9 |
