Where to start?

I am not that active, I basically sit in front of my computer in the darkness all day and drink mountain dew and eat pizza and pop-tarts, and I am also lazy. But I want to change that. I want to get some muscles and get some kinda abs (a 6 pack maybe) and I need to know where to start. I am 15 and seeing how summers here it makes me feel like I need to be even more lazy and sit around even more and eat even more. But I want to become strong and buff and all that for next year. Where should I start! Thanks a bunch.

You're pretty young yet. You should just take up some activities like soccer, basketball, hockey or the like. Most of the time, sports are easier to stay with then an exercise program. You'll gain coordination and flexibility and as well as get out of the house.

Another tip is to stop with the POP! Go with diet if you must have some soda and caffine free if at all possible. Trust me, I wish I had headed this advice 20 years ago.

Get offline like he said, stop drinking soda, PERIOD. Start lifting wieght's if you don't like sport's or aren't good. Just simple curling and butterfly's with 15,20, and 25 pound wieght's. Run two mile's twice a week, and do 2 sets of 35 push-ups and 50 sit-up's a night until the end of summer. It will work.
