Whole setup will run you a little over $120 at a junk yard. You will want to turn the rotors as they will (more likely than not) be rusted. Measure them with a micrometer before buying the rotors, the minimum thickness is stamped on it, if its too thin dont buy them. A new set of back integra rotors will run you about 80 bucks. The calipers will probly be fine from the junk yard but if they are bad new ones will cost you about 100 bucks but will have about an $80 core charge so go ahead and get the junk yard ones to use as a core if they are bad. Its an easy swap.
