camber is major off can i get some help??

i just bought a 70 bug the engine has some problems fixed most but left front tire camber is really off the lower torsion bar is coming out the beam what do i need todo to fix this problem??i read the haynes manual but dont understand

Check if the grub screw is tight #52 & 52a http://www.1800vw.bizhosting.com/0.s...ion_ft.all.htm also check #46 camber adjuster. Might have a bent arm. Vic.
