HOW COME I CAN'T POST AN AVATAR IT SAYS ITS NOT JPEG BUT EVERY PICTURE I TRY TO UPLOAD IS JPEG CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS CAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

it could possibly be that the p[icture you are trying to load is bigger than the set perameters. try shrinking the picture.
