Angry Bad Day

I had by far the worst day ever yesterday. It started with me needing a smog for registration, go to the bank, I'm overdrawn for some reason or another. so contact friend get money. Go to the smog place after shopping around and realizing the prices have gone up. I give the guy my truck and am waiting outside the garage, he has it on the Dyno suddenly all this smoke comes out of the garage I look inside and see the side wall of my tire being torn up by the diamod plating its up against. I go round and round with the guy he finally agrees to replace it. Ok I'm on my way over to the tire shop sudenly their is a pop followed by a grinding noise from under my hood. looking under I finally narrowit down to the water pump of the idle bearing on the power steering pump. I take off the pully and sure enough all the bearings are falliing out of the pully. so call around and find a Kragen that has the part I go over there get it come back and its the wrong size. I take it back get a refund now all of the parts stores are closed and I am SOL. I went home. this mornig I call around and nobody has what I'm looking for except for the dealer who wants 143 dollars for a pully I can't get anywhere else so I had to pay that much just to get the damn thing. now my tire is still not fixed and somebody decided they woud break the window by tossing a full glass bottled beer so now I have a broken window, grooved tire, a cabin that wreaks of Budwieser. Oh yeah and an idle pully valued at 143 dollars. Then in the midst of it all I forgot to mail off my registration and because of the holiday I am now going to be tacked with a late fee. Sigh. the only good news I got all days was that my truck did pass smog.

Re: Bad Day

Damn, I'm sorry. That shit sucks. At least you passed smog.

Have you tried an auto wrecker for the pulley?
