tail light fuse keeps blowing

my girlfriend has a 98 civic and the tail light fuse keeps blowing. it did it the first time the other day out of nowhere and now every time i replace it, the tail lights/parking lights run for about 2 minutes then turn off and when i check the fuse it's blown again. i checked the wires and i can't find anywhere where the positive wire is exposed causing it to ground out, so what else could be the problem?

It has to be the wire or the connecter of the bulb, thats the only way it can short. I have no idea how long the wire's are, but it could be anywhere on the wire, maybe its time for some new cool tailights (good excuse to buy).
