ECU question?

Ok I haven't been able to fix my fuel injector problem even after replacing the fuel injectors. So what I need to know is what is the ecu for a 91 civic dx hatch? Also is there a better ecu to upgrade to while i'm getting a new one? 1.5b2 engine

is the motor still a dpfi. meaning only 2 injectors? or did you convert to a mpfi, meaning multi-port fuel injector manifold? if the motor is still a stock 91 d15, then the ecu is suppose to be a xxxxx-PM5-xxx. let me know, ill give some more help, if i know what other things have been done.

Re: ECU question?

Its throwing a fuel injector code 16. Is there any chance that it could be a oxygen sensor

if it is throwing a injector code, why do you think it would be an O2 problem? it would throw a code 1, for O2.

did the injectors get unplugged at anytime and not plugged back in the right place?

it could also need a update that honda did back in the days. you have to reground one of the injectors. ill repost later today with that info.

about regrounding one of the injectors, i was incorrect, it is regrounding the tps sensor, had to look it up.

anyways the injector plugs should be brown on top, green on bottom.

any other info you have as to what you did would be helpful. also after fixing your problem, whatever it is, did you clear the codes? correcting the problem doesnt make the led on the ecu go away, you must clear it.
