depends what your turboing i mean thats a really really good deal for a turbo that big and a manifold and the works.I would buy it no matter what and either save it for when u have a built built motor or sell it for more than what they have it for you could easily get about 1000 dollars out of it.

Re: ebay turbo kit??? t70?

shit....for $695 buy it now you better hit that button. I have heard some good stuff about ssautochrome....make some tight manifolds. Would that T-70 fit between the manifold and the radiator? That .84 A/R is a big fukin turbo..probably capable of 600 hp, I just bought an tuned hondata off of ebay on friday...cant wait till it gets here

Re: ebay turbo kit??? t70?

don't bother with ssautocrap . . . the manifolds and turbos they sell suck. manifolds crack and give you boost spike, and the turbo seals in thsoe turbos are weak as hell. My friends seals blew in just a couple weeks. Save yourself the hassl and just get good quality stuff.

Re: ebay turbo kit??? t70?

they crack due to the thin metal that is used on them and the very poor welds. Those manifolds were not designed to take the heat, and the weight of a t3/t4 turbo. They have also been very known for having the wastegate flange break off as well. I am not lying . . . . do a search on some different forums on ssautochrome and you will see. Remember the old saying:

"You get what you pay for" i'm just warning you to save you the $$ that you're about to lose if you buy that pos

Re: ebay turbo kit??? t70?

Thats a big turbo for any "stock bottom end" 4 cyl! What type of SS are they using? Besides "log style" manifolds desperse heat much better than "equal length" tubular manifolds....hince the cracking issue. Equal length should be left to the naturally asperated motors.
