95 4runner quarter glass defroster or what?
On the right quarter glass of my 4runner there are lines in the glass like you would see for a defroster.The truck has a fender mounted antenna so I'm sure it's not for the radio,besides the wire that plugs into it doesn't look like an antenna hook up.What befuddles me is if it's a defroster why the heck isn't there one on the left quarter glass also?The glass doesn't appear to have been ever replaced.Just curious.

It is called the Diversity antenna. The radio uses the stronger signal from the two antennae

I'll be darned,never heard of such a thing.It seems to work well also,have great reception.Thanks again Brian!
