What do you mean?

If you're in cali they'll give you a ticket, if you're in just about any other state in the US they don't care as long as you have a current inspection sticker.

well right now i have a corolla but when im 18 which anit long im trading it and using the 11 grand i got and the other money i saved up and buying ether a acura rsx type s or nissan sentra spec v and if i get illegal mods on it and racing stuff what happens if i get caught (massachusetts)

i was in va beach and got pulled over...they found out i had coilovers (adjustable suspension is illegal in va beach ) and gave me a ticket....had to go to court and show proof that it was removed....i think that is about the jest of any illegal mod...go to court...show proof itz removed and pay fine

Depends on where you live
For "illegal" mods, you just get a fix it ticket, but in many states there are no illegal mods and they just don't care (florida, some parts of georgia, etc). For racing all sorts of things can happen. Suspended license, impounded car, HUGE fines, etc

also depends on the city where u live...the ticket i got was a va beach law...not a va law...most of the time u won't have a problem until inspection time

man cops are so gay the oother day they just randomly asked me and all my friends for are license and registration because we were in a parking lot talking

Everything in California is illegal!!! Even tinted windows, light tinted windows. I have to get them removed and have my car inspected. Cops here are really cracking down on illegal mods, no matter how minor it is.

where in california are you? I have tinted windows on my truck,as does my step dad on his, and even my mom on her monte carlo.

I've heard of cops pulling L.E.D. wiper squirters, tint, and a guy I bought a car dolly from said his friend got his car impounded for having a radar detecter.
Most of the time its fix-it tickets but it depends on where you live and how bad the offense.
My dad got pulled over in my truck for having a red tag light, he just got a warning.

Just in case I go traveling I have all my LEDs on switches. Those a$$es won't catch me. hehe

Same here, all neon, amps, and monitors should be hooked to switches. Mine are and I haven't had a related ticket in over 4yrs.

Keep the cops in check at the flick of a switch. : )

If you are just turning 18 and getting a newer car, the insurance will be a bigger problem than the mods. Not sure if you know this or not, but in most cases, a 2 door car's insurance is much higher than a 4 door.

why? thats so gay the color affects the insurance to i mean having your license kinda sucks so many gay rules and insurance is so high
