Angry Hard to shift/get it into reverse

Well, I finished my clutch..... Works like a dream. But shifting is ow funny. Keep in mind, I have a bad tranny mount, as I broke a bolt, but thats tit-work. Any ideas. Im pretty sure my fluid is topped off, but then again, It was on jackstands..... HELP!!!!!

did you bleed the air out of the slave cylinder?
