hi guys... thanks you very very much.. even i am not very understand what is SI and GSR.....models at the very first time when i see the forums (coz we have different name for those model in Aust)... However, I am now very clear.. really thx for all you guys helping me out.. I have been sending out email and looked from the net.. but didn't really find much.. but you guys really giving me so so much ideas and useful infos.. thx.
even my car is still sitting in my garage wating to be fixed...but I've just found one person who might be able to fix that for me... thank you for all u guys infos... Wait for me..i will be posting my car's pics after the car is fixed... but don't expect too much, my sol is just a standard normal sol... heheheee~~~ THX |

![]() Don't feel bad - my car's pretty much stock as well. Haven't had the money to do much with it yet. The Si model is Honda's "Sport Injected" model. A few Honda models had an Si varient at some time or another. The Accord (in Japan), Civic, Prelude, and Del Sol all had the Si model. Integra GS-R is specifically the trim level right beneath the Integra Type-R. But "Si" and "GS-R" all refer to trim level of the car, not the directly referring to the motor itself. Similar to the DX, LX, GS, RS, LS trim level naming convention that Honda uses. The Si and GS-R are just trim level identification. But certain trim levels came with certain motors, depending on the year of the car.
