Alemite, anything like it

I know i know, the only way to fix a problem is to actaully fix it. But what i hear is that Alemite CD 2 bonds to rings to make them thicker, hence seal better and reduce blow by. But my problem is that i have looked all over for it and have not found it, do they still make it, and if they dont, is there anything like it?

the only oil supplement that i hear people say works is Marvel Mystery oil.
