D16a

I was planning on swapping my burnt D16Y8 for another D16Y8, but I am now looking at a D16A. I'm not very familiar with it at all and was wondering if I could get any info on it. Any help would be nice. thx

Re: D16a

D16A? As in D16A1 or D16A6? The A1 comes out of the 1st gen Integras and is pretty much the same as the JDM ZC motor. The D16A6 is the 88-91 Civic/CRX Si and EX motor.

Re: D16a

No numbers or anything after that? Hmm.. I thought the ZC was the JDM D16, I'll do a little research and see what I can come up with. BTW: is it a SOHC or DOHC motor?
