1996 Factory Alarm G20 problems

Friends,
The neighbor's car alarm keeps going off. She's a nice kid and basically wants this thing cut out of her car so it doesn't bother the neighbors OR goes off when she's at college etc.

I have pulled the ANTI-THEFT FUSE 1 and the ANTI-THEFT FUSE 2 from the system and cut both wires to both horns (just to calm things down).
I need to know what wires are for disarm on a G20 1996. Is it under the dash?

I'm searching the forum for the location of the anti-theft control module. Basically she wants this stupid Nissan alarm to die forever and she still wants to start the car. Then i'll hook up the horns again.

Currently, when the battery is connected, it alarms and the car doesn't start.

any ideas? which wire to CUT first. the GREEN ONE!!!!?? help!

Brian
